To maintain the clinical standard of our sanctuary, Lotus Lymphatic observes a strict 15-minute late arrival policy. We do this to ensure every client receives the full, uninterrupted experience they require for restoration.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be considered a no-show and charged at 100%. (Including package sessions)
All clients are required to provide informed consent prior to receiving any massage services at Lotus Lymphatic. No massage services will be provided without signing all consent forms. Clients must complete and sign the consent forms before their initial massage session. Home Delivered services will not leave for your appointment until the forms are completed or signed. We will provide physical copies in person if you are unable to complete your forms digitally.
We will NOT extend timeframes. This is to ensure all clients appointments are on schedule and fair. You will use time that would otherwise be applied to your service and charged the same rate. Our standard cancellation policy will apply, including any applicable cancellation fees if you are unable to complete your forms. The massage therapist reserves the right to refuse service at any time if they deem it necessary for their safety, or the safety of the client.

These packages are pre-purchased sets of services, available at a discounted rate, and require full payment at the time of purchase.
