NO CONSENT, NO MASSAGE POLICY
All clients are required to provide informed consent prior to receiving any massage services at Lotus Lymphatic. No massage services will be provided without signing all consent forms. Clients must complete and sign the consent forms before their initial massage session. Home Delivered services will not leave for your appointment until the forms are completed or signed. We will provide physical copies in person if you are unable to complete your forms digitally.
We will NOT extend timeframes. This is to ensure all clients appointments are on schedule and fair. You will use time that would otherwise be applied to your service and charged the same rate. Our standard cancellation policy will apply, including any applicable cancellation fees if you are unable to complete your forms. The massage therapist reserves the right to refuse service at any time if they deem it necessary for their safety, or the safety of the client.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be flexible. However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and our service providers, we have established a clear cancellation policy.
For all Services, we kindly request that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours (1 day) before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service price. This policy allows us to manage our appointment schedule effectively and ensures that our service providers are compensated for their time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
In all cases, you are responsible for paying for all services and missed appointments.
